Features - This dollhouse is a Southern Plantation house with 6 Columns featuring grand foyer, split stairs to 2nd floor with walk-around balcony and, above the double doors, a 6’ round window to show off a chandelier. The designer invisions a large brass chandelier hanging from the 2nd floor ceiling and matching coach lights hanging in front. A large library, next to the grand foyer, is a perfect room for a fireplace (plans included). The 4 dormer windows add light and space to the large and fully accessable attic.
PlanSet - The 15 PDF pages are CAD drafted - includes cut patterns, construction and assembly details, stair construction drawings, sheet panel layout, and are color enhanced.
Experience - a project using 3/4, 1/2, and 3/16 cabinet grade plywood, both cut and formed dadoes; for the scratch builder with moderate woodworking experience.
